I called ahead to make sure that they would be able to bleed my brake fluid. They told me they could. I went over and told them to also change the oil. Everyone was helpful and positive. I was very impressed with the camaraderie and respect that they showed each other. Everything was very professional. Everything was done very quickly, and they even inflated my low air tires (I had forgotten to ask them do so). I will definitely go again. Great customer service. Good job, Jiffy Lube.

Outstanding Service! I stopped by Jiffy Lube with what turned out to be a serious issue — my tire was coming loose and could’ve ended really badly. Anthony W and the rest of the team jumped right in to help me without hesitation. They tightened everything up, made sure I was safe to drive, and treated me with so much kindness and care. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but each person who helped deserves recognition. Thank you all for going above and beyond — you truly saved me today and I’m so grateful! They explained exactly what my car needed, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated the whole time. My service was finished faster than expected, and I drove away feeling confident everything was done right. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and quality service, but this Fire Road Jiffy Lube team does exactly that.
