This location is not only convenient, but the crew is Amazing! Ang is very professional and engages in conversation while you get services! Rob was awesome. I pulled up for air in my tires, he greeted me and was pretty quick checking all tires for me! The fact they are open on Sundays till 4pm is super! Thanks for your services! I will be a regular customer moving forward!! Definitely recommend this location!

Staff is friendly but when I went this last time they did something to my car hood and it wouldn’t fully lock into place. I actually had to take it another mechanic so they would fix it for me. For 250.00 spent I was a little upset I had to see another mechanic to fix what they caused. Sadly to say I won’t be back, between the very long wait times, high prices and now the hood issue. I will say staff is friendly and nice. Nothing against the staff. I just would rather put the trust of my car in another facility.

Excellent Customer Service! I am a Retired Navy Veteran and am 100% Disabled. I depend on my vehicle to get to and from numerous appointments. The service completed was Very Thorough in a Timely manner and I will recommend Jiffy Lube to All Retirees and Active Duty at Luke Air Force Base!😁

Manager showed me my cabin filter which had obvious signs of rodent activity and asked me if I wanted to replace it. I asked how much it would cost and was quoted $40.00. I knew the filter was only $20 and stated that I would replace it myself. I don’t begrudge them for trying to make a buck but they didn’t even bother shaking the dirty filter over a trash can before returning it to it’s compartment. I had a 50% off coupon for full synthetic oil change which I received for being a “good customer.” The manager couldn’t find the “code” in the system. I had to wait while he called someone and finally he found a $50 off code (not 50%) and applied that. The bill was still over $100. Definitely not worth the hassle. I’m done with them.

I was at Jiffy Lube today. But I had forgotten the high grade synthetic oil that I got in my wife’s car the last time I was there. Anthony a 12 year military veteran. Let me know that there were still 4000 miles to go on the car before we need to change the oil. So here is this nice young man working on Veterans Day letting me know that we didn’t have to change the oil for a while. He even said God bless you. What a nice way to start the day.
