The second I arrived I parked and was greeted by Ronnie a Veteran of the Marine Corps he was very respectful and everyone who arrived before and after me he continued to check up on them while we waited for our service on our car. Very recommended you speak to Ronnie while waiting for your service on your car

The staff themselves are kind and professional, but the business model is pure dirty used-car lot tactics. The upselling is relentless, the prices are outrageous, and you leave feeling scammed instead of serviced. You can even tell the employees don’t like pushing this garbage, but it’s clearly how the company trains and pressures them to operate. And that whole “15-minute service” promise? Total lie. Plan on sitting around much longer while they work the sales pitch harder than the wrenches. At the end of the day, this feels less like an auto service shop and more like a hustle. If you want honesty and fair pricing, take your business elsewhere.

Customer service is alive and well. Very friendly service. I keep going back even though they r 25-30 minutes away

YOUR LUCKY YOU GOT A STAR. Went in for an oil change and ended up costing me a transfer case, transmission and rear differential. I would NEVER take anything to them. They are not understanding with their customer service. The owner of the building (Dave Mock) is no way going to help you out if something went wrong with anything that they touched. This place needs to take some responsibility for their actions. I would NEVER recommend this place to change oil on anything. All they want is your money for some cheap oil that they use. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINEES HERE. Go next door.

Very friendly and communicative staff! They of course do their job for upselling, but we're completely understanding of my situation and actual needs and we're not pushy about it. They got me in and out very quick and the price was reasonable.
