Jiffy Lube

I got an oil change there, and it was 20 more dollars than it was at my normal mechanic but I figured whatever, I'll just get it here. The changed my oil, and then preceded to do nothing that they said are a part of their "Jiffy" Oil change. (Top off fluids, ect.) Well, after I drove home and looked at the paperwork, I realized they gave me the wall oil change because they somehow mistaked my car for a hybrid. So I had to go back so they could put more oil in because they put too little. Don't go here unless you want your car overheating because they can't tell the diffrent between anything. Additionally, I asked to check my brakes, and they said they need replacing, and they could do them that day. I said, no, thank you, and then I went and got them done elsewhere. These guys are awesome! I came in for an oil change and Jaime greeted me with a smile and was very professional!!! He’s so helpful!!! I got my oil change led, my transmission fluid changed, and my brakes change all for less than 450! That’s so cheap!!! And they did it in Just over an hour! Wow! I couldn’t not be happier with this place! Great service, friendly people, def bring your car here! Jaime, Alex, and Bruno all took great care of me and my car!

As someone who is not an auto mechanic, and will never be one, I was appalled to find out you think it's acceptable to pay your mechanics $19 an hour. I'm boycotting your business simply for that reason. It shows you're a very unethical and immoral business. Auto mechanics don't make $19 an hour. You think they do? That's how much you want to pay them? Go ahead then and go out of business. You're not needed or wanted.

Service is outstanding all fluids we're topped off tire pressure checked. I was informed since oil change was purchased, anytime oil gets low I can go to any Jiffylube and fill it up complimentary. Thank you Codie & Alvaro for great service!!

This Location of Jiffy Lube on Valley Pkwy, Escondido is my favorite location to bring my car. The expert employees always have suggestions to better the condition of my car, with quick timing on repairs. And before I leave they make sure my tires have proper air. I can't say enough at how pleased I am to finally find honest mechanics.
