Jiffy Lube

I absoluetly adore this location. They are quick, professional, and always make me smile when I go in. Blaine and his team make sure to make me feel informed and ready to hit the road. They are what make Jiffy Lube incredible!

I went into for what should have been a simple oil change, and my first impression was not good at all. They started working on my car without telling me the price until they were already in the middle of the service. All I wanted was an oil change, but they went through my glove box, dumped everything on the floor to pull out an air filter I didn’t ask for, and made a mess. They also told me they vacuumed out my car, but that wasn’t true — it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed at all. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed with how everything was handled.

The service was great and the personnel were great. The problem is that I was charged over $50.00 to change a fuel filter that I had purchased. It was almost as expensive as the oil change. I was not told about the added expense before the filter was change.

Spilt oil all over my engine bay and didn't even bother to let me know. They did not vacuum my car worth a crap either. Didn't bother to turn off my tire pressure light and insisted it might be bad (Even though it's a light you manually turn off for Volkswagen after filling the tires). Terrible service, & overpriced. I will never will come here again.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I have to say that Jiffy Lune offered me top tier service today! This was my first time there, and the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. 10/10🖤
