Jiffy Lube

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. After reading the reviews, I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give them a try and I’m glad I did. Shawn greeted me right away, took my information, and clearly explained the process. Christian, Stephon, and Jason got straight to work on my car. While I waited, I enjoyed a hot, fresh cup of coffee. They didn’t have sugar, but Splenda worked just fine for me. I also had great conversation with Tasha, the General Manager, which made the wait very pleasant. Shawn later went over the recommendations, explained each service, and reviewed the pricing clearly and honestly. More great conversation with Ms. Tasha, and before I knew it, my car was ready. I left feeling confident that I wasn’t taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary services.

very nice very cool team. They helped me very fast. It took me no time to start my inspection and I really appreciate Tasha for helping me out with the car. Apple Pay. I really didn’t know how to fix that and fix it for me and I do appreciate that beautiful

I had my windshield wiper break and could not find my size at a few local stores. I also remember having a hard time changing them when I had to last time. I stopped into jiffy lube and they had my size and were available to put them on as well. It was a little more money but it was very convenient and I appreciated it.

I am very disappointed and angered with my experience at Jiffy lube on 149 Lincoln highway Fairless hills pa 19030, I went in for what I thought would be a simple oil change and was told I needed a cabin air filter replacement after my truck was getting serviced for an oil change, I ended up being charged an extremely high price of $207.85 that I was not expecting I felt defeated because no one clearly explained the total cost before the work was done, I feel like the pricing was unfair and not transparent I felt like I was taken advantage of. As a customer, you should trust a service center to be honest and upfront, instead I walked away feeling upset and overcharged for basic maintenance that should have been affordable, when my mother called to speak to the manager he sounded nonchalan

I always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The hospitality and customer service are top-tier every single visit ( Stephan And Glenn have been great. I bring both of my cars here for oil changes, and the staff is always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I have. What I appreciate most is their honesty — they’re affordable and never try to oversell unnecessary services. Everything is explained clearly, and I always feel confident driving away. Highly recommend this location if you want fast, trustworthy, and friendly service!
