Jiffy Lube

My thanks to all who serviced my vehicle today! Always friendly service, they listen, and their staff and skills are highly commendable. With several services required, they get the job done in a timely manner. Certainly waiting little more than an hour was lots more pleasant than waiting 3 or more hours at a dealership. I appreciate being treated like a human rather than just another number! I will definitely see you next time!

I’m really happy with the services I got. As soon as I arrived, the staff greeted me and quickly addressed the work that needed to be done with my vehicles. They finished the work quickly, charged a fair price, and did a great job. It’s nice to find an auto shop you can actually trust.

The staff at this location have always taken great care of me!! I drive from Riverdale because of the service. They are thorough and even provide you with a list of suggested maintenance. Took my vehicle to Jiffy Lube in Farr West for an oil change. The oil change went well and at checkout the employee said my rear brakes were worn down to the point they needed to be replaced. Several days later I took my car to my mechanic to have the brakes repaired. According to the mechanic my brake pads were nearly new! Very Disappointed in Jiffy Lube! Now I wonder how many times I was ripped off for air filters or cabin filters that didn't need to be replaced in the past.

I work close by and called jiffy lube one morning. Within a couple hours, the guy that answered the call was in my workplace helping another of his customers. He was asking us to help her out so we did. He then looks under my hood while at my job and let's me know what's going on. I take it in and they can't pinpoint why my belt kept slipping off. I had to take it in again the next morning and right away someone grabbed the bolt I had found, fixed the problem, and sent me on my way. I'm a single mom of 3, take care of my kids on my own, and I'm prepping for a pretty big surgery. They knew none of that and still took care of me without any expectations of me paying them for their service. I'm so grateful to Eric for being willing to go above and beyond my expectations of what service is. It
