Jiffy Lube

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The service I received was excellent. The technicians were polite, professional & efficient. In addition to changing the oil, the let me know that my brakes were worn and they topped up my tires and windshield washer fluid. Recommended.

In-N-Out. Just the way it's supposed to be a Jiffy Lube. Customer service A+ I didn't have a coupon. The guy showed me how to get one. Highly recommend recommended.

I came here for a full synthetic oil change using a Groupon. My car takes 8.5 quarts, and the Groupon covers 5, so I brought my own oil for the remaining 3.5 quarts. Despite this, they charged me for the extra oil anyway, even though I provided it. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused and said they would “lose money” otherwise, which makes no sense because I did not receive the oil they charged me for. On top of that, the technician was about to drain my transmission fluid instead of my engine oil. I had to stop him myself. That is a huge training and safety concern. Charging people for products they don’t even use is unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.

Super attentive and professional - like REALLY professional. My credit card company decided to flag my credit card for possible fraud and they tried to run card 4 times and throughout that whole nightmare, they remained patient and empathetic and actually the employees calmed me down as I was furious for having card declined but it did go thru once I had to call the company.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!! I wish I read the reviews before coming here! I literally came here for a coolant top off and air filter change. They decided to charge me $2,000 for extra things that my car never had a problem with!!! I told them to do what I came here for and THEY TOLD ME NO!!! Telling me a bunch of bs and now they’re saying that they’re not going to work on my car at all because I don’t want them to do the unnecessary things to my car!😑
