Not very satisfied, the service was "friendly" and seemed to be , somewhat knowledgeable. The prices were comparably higher, they seemed to be eager to skim past some of my questions regarding the type of oil I should use and "up sale" me. The part that did not impress me at all was when the oil change was done, I was given the receipt and if I had not taken the time to read it, I wouldn't have known they noted there was an "excessive oil leak", I had to go back in and ask them to explain what they saw and what their interpretation of what they saw was. In my book, a "mechanic" should always tell about and explain what they saw and offer solutions for the "problem", it the customer has to ask, they have failed ☹️

I’m working up here so I stopped by for a quick oil and filter change. Customer service here is outstanding they engage and ask all the right questions to include your requests. Got in and out super fast.

Came in for a non-appointment oil change and as promised; Derrick took my car in as soon as possible, well within 15 minutes. The team here has made each oil change I’ve needed effortless & easy with friendly customer service. Much appreciated! Thank you Derrick & team.

Great shop, fantastic employees, large clean shop, easy to find location at Hwy 281and State St. Large parking area. Quick in and out services! All of the staff at Jiffy Lube Grand Island are super friendly, knowledgable, professional, courteous and helpful. Jerod the general manager runs a tight ship. Very reasonable pricing and quotes are accurate. They are super fast at drive through oil changes, but also offer many other services. They do tune ups, wiper blades, inspections, brakes, lifts, etc. I took my F-150 in for a 2 inch rear block lift, and took just about 1/2 hour. Looks great! They are always able to get my vehicles into the shop right away and do a fast job depending on how much they gotta get done. I would recommend this place if you are looking to get in and out right away.
