On Friday, January 2, I came in for a safety inspection for my 2006 vehicle. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The technician, Adrian , was welcoming and kept me informed, letting me know my car was running hot and checking that I’d be okay to make it home. The manager, Ms. Q, overheard our conversation and stepped in with genuine concern. She made sure antifreeze was added and said she wouldn’t want me leaving in that condition. Her care, compassion, and willingness to help meant more to me than the repair itself. It’s refreshing to see people who truly care while serving the public. Ms. Q — we need more of you. I got my fuel injectors cleaned and serviced. I also got a transmission fluid exchange and new trans filter for under $500... Not too bad...the crew was nice and on point. Didnt take long at all for the services ...

Started out going to the location on Randleman road. They said their lift was broken and couldn't do the oil change. (They have three bays, all of them broken?) Drove to the location on Marker Street. Young man said he was here alone and about to go on lunch break. I ran some errands, and returned 40 minutes later only to have them tell me they couldn't do my oil change because nobody at the store knew how to drive a stick shift. They would not let me drive it onto the lift citing company policy. Drove all the way across town the the location on Battleground AVE. AGAIN, NOBODY knew how to drive a stick shift however they said I was welcome to drive it in and then drive it out once the oil change was completed. What was supposed to take 15 minutes took up the better part of 3 hours. Very

Visited the site around 15 minutes after opening for a brake fluid exchange on a 2021 BMW. The service was quick and the price was reasonable. Very good experience.
