Jiffy Lube

I always have a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! The service is always great and efficient. All of the employers are helpful and it's a wonderful atmosphere.

They lied and said they topped off my fluids and I checked as I knew I had a low fluid and when I checked when I got home it was still low. Makes me wander if they actually did a proper oil change on my car. This is very disappointing as I’ve been coming there for years

Was greeted on Wednesday morning 4/9 with a check engine light on top of needing a regularly scheduled oil change. Thankfully, Jiffy Lube - Hanover was right there to take care of everything that I needed. Mike greeted me and gave me a run down of all things that were happening so I was informed. Wally was able to source the O2 sensor that I needed for my exhaust in well under 24hrs. He gave me a call the next morning as soon as the shop opened, knowing I needed to head out of town, and got me into the shop first thing. Missy was available for any questions, for any updates and to keep things flowing all-around. Once we came to the final bill and all services were completed, Missy gave me a small discount to cover the massive amount of charges that needed to be completed. I thank all the s
