Jiffy Lube

Employees are very nice and accommodating but had an issue the very next day on my way to work with the bottom skid plate coming off and scrapping on the freeway and eventually breaking off a portion of it. I drive a company fleet vehicle and they will need to now pay for it to be replaced. I really like this location and so close to my house. I will return to them and let the manager know my experience so hopefully quality control will be tightened up. This is the only bad experience I’ve ever had at this location.

Was greeted warmly. Actually, always greeted warmly, yes, I'm a repeat customer for a reason. They always do a great job. I usually try to show up with a clean truck, but, they washed windows and vacuumed. I highly recommend them and trust them with my vehicle. Thanks guys

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. The interaction felt rushed, there was little to no eye contact, and no effort made to create a positive customer experience. It felt more like “here’s your charge, sign here” rather than being treated as a valued customer. Management may want to consider additional customer service training, as the experience did not meet expectations and left me feeling unappreciated.

I started going to this Jiffy Lube over a year ago & have received very thorough service, and the team is great! I am satisfied with their advice & the recommendations have been spot on. If anyone needing an oil change or other vehicle fluid changes, etc. choose this location.

I have been bring my truck to Jiffy Lube for several years now and I always receive friendly service. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I only bring my truck to Jiffy Lube for oil changes and I trust them to give me honest service.
