Jiffy Lube

I had an outstanding experience with Mitchell, one of the technicians at Jiffy Lube. He was extremely courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived. I initially came in for an oil change, but I mentioned that the car belonged to my daughter and that I was concerned there might be an issue with the brakes. Mitchell immediately reassured me that they could take a look and confirm whether any work was truly needed. Unfortunately, the brakes were completely worn and needed to be replaced. I was under a lot of stress because I was visiting and worried I might miss my flight. Mitchell promised to get me out as quickly as possible, and he absolutely kept his word. Not only did he make it happen in a timely manner, but they also offered me a discount given the circumstances,

The service team was very friendly and helpful. Mitchell explained all the packages and services in a way that was very easy to understand. His customer service was exceptional. Anthony was very knowledgeable and did a great job replacing my oil. Marta helped me setup my Jiffylube account and she was very kind and patient. I wasn’t even there a whole hour. The whole team is amazing and I will be back to get my car serviced.

I am extremely happy with the service I received today. The level of professionalism, teamwork, positive energy, and genuine kindness from everyone was outstanding. I can honestly say I’ve never felt this kind of great energy in any automotive service center before. This team is truly unique and absolutely worth being recognized and copied. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

My experience at this Jiffy Lube was excellent. The staff was very professional and friendly, and the service was completed quickly. In the four years I've been going to Jiffy Lube, this is the only one that has done the oil change and inspection in 15 minutes (as advertised). I didn't even have to get out of the car. 100% recommended.

The service at this Jiffy Lube is terrific, they are caring and responsible. My car battery died. I search for the nearest Jiffy Lube to me. I called here and Mitchell answered the call. I explained to him my car won't start I think it could be the battery, and I was like three blocks away from them he told me no worries that he’ll go there and check my car battery. It turned out to be the battery. He called the store and they sent Micheal with a brand new battery with five years warranty. They installed it with no extra charge, I paid and it was an excellent service very happy with them!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! G. Menendez
