Just found out they’ve been putting the wrong oil in my car the past few times I’ve been here- now my cars warranty may be void. Not sure if they didn’t check what oil my car takes or didn’t care, but the end result is the same. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. ****UPDATE: I was put in contact with a manager named Clarence who was no help. Will never use Jiffy Lube again. Not normally a negative review guy, but this was a horrendous experience
Very friendly staff! Quick & reliable service. I had my 2 kids with me and they were so nice to open my doors for me when I clearly had my hands full!
These guys are the best. I appreciate the honesty and integrity more than anything, but I also get well trained. I never have issues after I leave here with any of the jobs I have them do. Thanks so much guys. You really are the best. They will check all fluids and filters. They won’t ask if you want to change if they just changed the filter. If you need a top off after they have changed your oil they will top it off. Just a side note. This place is clean and organized. It is a peaceful place to wait. You do not wait long but it is peaceful and enjoyable.
