Jiffy Lube

My experience was such a wonderful experience and I literally NEVER give positive feedback. But from the time of arrival to the time of departure the gentleman who helped me with my Vehicle Inspection in the afternoon on 2/25/26 for my brand new white Tesla Model 3 was amazing!!!!!!! Kudos to you sir!!!!!!!

In a world that has lost sight of customer service and integrity I stumbled into Jiffy Lube feeling dread over being taken advantage of AGAIN by a mechanic. Then I met Jesse. What a wonderful young man. He was knowledgeable, kind and had a huge smile the whole time. He explained everything in detail and set my mind at ease. He also saved me 1000 dollars from what the mobile mechanic tried to charge me. Jesse, tell your mamma I said she obviously raised you right! I will be back for everything car related and send friends and family. Jesse also sang praises about the entire jiffy Lube team and assured me they would take care of me. I have a renewed hope in humanity. Thanks so much! Penny

Yesterday and today I went there two times, but they could not get the right air filter, so could not do the oil change. They told me that if I bring them the right air filter, then they can do oil change for me.

This location makes it very easy to get your car serviced. You pull up, they take your car, you wait inside with coffee and TV, then pay and leave. Very convenient. #LOCALGUIDES

Got my oil changed then drove home and parked in my garage. I work from home so I didn't need my car for a few days. When i went into the garage last night I smelled oil so i checked under my car. Oil is everywhere. So i called Jiffy Lube several times this morning and continue to get a message that "this callers mailbox isn't set up". I read through some of the other reviews and apparently this is a recurring problem at this location. It's hard to believe a business repeatedly fails at the one thing they're in business to do... change oil.
