Jiffy Lube

I have been going here for my NC State car inspection for 3 yrs now. Fast service and very thorough. They even noticed my AC belt was needing replacement, yet the mechanic I Pd $400+ to didn't notice..ugh The women there are efficient, professional and friendly. Being disabled with a disabled daughter, they treated her and me with respect not ignoring us or pity..both are the usual. I haven't had repairs or oil changes there yet, but planning on it. You won't be disappointed...you can thank me later😁

Where were amazed at the speed consistency and teamwork of Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville thank you all who made our visit a little less stressful and gave us a great discount for military and spoke to us about every little thing on the car that they covered and we were truly appreciative! I will not take my car to anywhere else but Jiffy Lube they are amazing people and the company hires the right people for the right job and that's what I look for personality traits efficiency and getting the job done quickly and price! You guys covered it all thanks! I want to add one more comment Jiffy Lube told me that my transmission was sealed and that they were not able to inspect it without replacing the transmission fluid and they were honest and said they didn't carry my brand that problem was solve

I'm not generally one to leave reviews but it's not everyday that you come across hinest straight shooters. They were prompt professional with great conversation while I waited. Told me exactly what I needed to know and how much it would cost without pushing me to purchase or upsale. I've been going to the same oil change place for almost a decade and I am changing to this location because of their service. They found discounts I could use to reduce the overall cost they even called around to different locations to find me the best/cheapest air filter. Chase is the quintessential professional I wish I had several just like him on my work team, he is dedicated knows his profession and respectfully answers all of your questions.

Excellent service - fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the shaking my truck experienced when I hit 55mph and up / with a quick & affordable tire rotation & balance - which did the trick 👍 I did not know Jiffy Lube offered that kind of tire service- as well as the oil change & fluid service. Patrick & team did an excellent job!

Unfortunately I had to stop in NC and due to being out of state I was very disappointed that they didn’t check my brakes during the service review they said my brake pads and rotors were excellent! THEY WERE NOT! Half way back to Alabama (13 hours) I heard grinding… due to the lack of service on the service review I had to pay over 3800$ to get my front axle fixed AND my rotors and brakes. I would recommend going to a dealership, I understand it costs more, but due to this service and also being a loyal customer I am very very disappointed and upset that they didn’t take an extra 5 minutes to check. I would’ve rather be told the truth and be safe than them just chart and document that they were fine. It was dangerous going home and I had no other options for the long journey. I needed an o
