Jiffy Lube

Gone here a couple times Usually for an oil change, a man working there spoke to me like I was stupid but he didnt change my oil filter and even unscrewed it so that oil would leak out. Another oil change, different man sprinkled dirt and fresh green leaves onto my air filter, brought it to me, broke it in front of me and told me it was already like that and cost 40$ to replace. Leaves would be sticking out between the folds if they were actually already there. Not sitting in a pile on top. It was a literally only 2 week old air filter. Genuinely a terrible business. They always employ rude people who think every woman around is stupid. Go to swift lube instead. Ive been there several times. Each time they were fast, great service and they actually did the job properly the first time. T

What a joke of an experience. I pulled up and asked the amount for the basic service for oil change. He said $51.99 but my truck used a couple of extra quarts so it may be a little more. I said OK and he pulled the truck in. Before starting the oil change he came to me in the lobby and said that the total amount would be about $84. That’s $26 for 2 quarts of oil. 😳😳😳 BUT he said he was going to give me a great deal and bring it down to $68.🙄🙄🙄. Then when I said OK the guy was more interested in making sure he got all of my personal information than doing the oil change in my truck. I’m not applying for a freaking job. I just want my oil changed. The guy said they couldn’t do my oil change unless they basically got all of my personal information. I told him to forget it. I will just wait an
