I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Anton greeted me with a smile and gave me pricing information. Inside Charlie explained that I needed a few more things and let me know my options. After about 15 minutes everything was completed. I would definitely visit this location again.

I put low miles on this vehicle, sometimes it is more than 2 years which I return to get an oil change, your computer system kicks me out after 2 years. This is a nuisance for your employees since they have to reenter on my data. Also you do not offer the conventional oil that my 85 Chevrolet K20 pickup requires. I had to make do with 5W30 you offer instead of the oil my vehicle requires which is 10W40. I don't think you would take such a change if it was your vehicle.

This is the worse jiffy lube I have ever gone too! Yesterday I came in for a break and oil change. I specifically said I wanted the cheapest oil change, Larry who was helping me out said my 2017 nissan needed a synthetic blend oil change. This was $85. I was not going to pay $85 for an oil change when I have always gotten the cheapest for my car. I was already stressed with the amount of things he was telling me that needed to be changed for my car, when they really didnt. They just try to take your money. Then he said that my belt needed to be changed “immediately” which I did change. I was in there for more than 2 hours! When my car was ready I quickly had to go to work. I was not expecting to be there for that long! It wasnt until later that I realized that not only did he charge me the

I went in for an oil change and also needed an engine flush because I haven’t had one since I purchase my 2019 Traverse in 2018. They took care of me and I was only there for 20 minutes. Their customer service was amazing and I love that they top off your tires and vacuum. Thank you for all you do.
