Definitely on the expensive side, but you’re paying for convenience. The oil change process is super easy — you don’t even have to get out of your car, which is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and professional, making the experience smooth. The best added value is the complimentary car wash at Mr. Clean Car Wash next door, which helps soften the sting of the price a bit. If you’re in a rush and don’t mind paying extra, this location gets the job done.

Whichever idiot tech that did my wife’s oil change on her car broke the metal plate cover under the car or didn’t bolt it in correctly and the next day it was scraping the road and had to go to another shop to remove the plate and now it has to be replace. Mind you this is a brand new car and was it’s first oil change.

Caleb and his supervisor Michael were amazing! I went to other places first, but they actually took the time to look under the dashboard and found my OBD was just disconnected. Super kind and helpful—highly recommend!

They did not secure the new oil filter after changing my oil. It lead to engine damage when the oil ran completely out while I was driving on the highway. The felt engine guard needs to be replaced due to how soaked in oil it was, the entire engine, brake system, exhaust and fuel system needed to be degreased, and the transmission axles need to be replaced. The negligence and incompetence of the associates at this Jiffy Lube caused so much harm to my vehicle and were happy to charge me around $120 for the service. The place I am having my car REPAIRED only charges $90. Im leaving this review as a warning for anyone who is thinking about getting an oil change here - DO NOT. Not even in an emergency. They are negligent, incompetent, and overpriced. Save yourself the time and money and sav
