I’ve been converted. The first time I came here, I had barely sat down in the waiting room before they came in to tell me they were done. Granted, there was no one ahead of me but even when I was first in line at other places, an oil change has never been so quick. They were very friendly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They recommended the oil that was best for my car, not the more expensive one. This is my third time here and I have a different car now. It’s a lot older and did need some work, but by now I trust them to be honest about what’s actually needed. Very pleased with the curious service, but I asked if my Jeep could be vacuum besides doing the oil change since it was done the last time I took it there. Well, vacuuming was not done well. I was sorry I didn't check the back seat mats and the overall vacuuming. Apparently the car mats were not removed and the Jeep still need to be vacuumed. The only saving grace on my part was that I wasn't charged on my receipt or else I would have gone back. I did make a call to the manager to let him know I was disappointed. Not sure if I will go back.

They were sweet, helpful and worked fast. It definitely made my experience worth it because I was dreading an oil change. Didn't have to leave the car but you can wait inside the building if you choose not to wait in the car. They checked my tire pressure and filled all my liquids on top of the oil change.

I had an oil change at the Leominster, Massachusetts location, and the staff member assisting me was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Despite being busy, they completed the work quickly and with impressive quality. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.
