Stopped by for an oil change and was impressed by the fair pricing. They even honored a coupon I found online, which made it a great deal. The service was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. This will definitely be my new regular go-to place for maintenance.

I have been in many places for car services all arround Lexington this is the place I like the most because the understanding the meaning of customer services the manager and associates gave me really give services and vibes , they have really fresh water as you wait for your car the place is clean and smell great I really recommend you this places don’t hesitate or thinking to go somewhere else ! Very dependable, as my sister and I both bring our cars there. The team is superb, -- especially Lili (according to the receipt), she's very easy to talk to... And her and the team are knowledgeable 😀: Lili very honestly (without being pushy) told me about break work due soon and I feel confident to set up an appointment just as soon as I can. Definitely will go again 🤎.. well hopefully after the next appointment, it will be a little while but very pleased and recommended. And they didn't pay no mind to my messy car.. sorry 🤗!

Wow! I pulled up at 7:45 on 2/10/26 and the sweet female offered 5 star service. My car was overheating and leaking coolant. I have had VERY few issues with my VW and wasn't sure what was going on. She and her team looked for the leak and diagnosed my issue. I was so impressed with her attitude and helpfulness.

I came for a simple oil change. The staff informed me I had a bigger problem and was shown that a hose busted then I seen the smoke. He walked me through the issue and told me if I was to drive it my engine would shut off! Long story short Charles and another staff member stayed two hours after closing to resolve the issue and I’m forever grateful! He truly went above and beyond to help in the best ways that he could. I’ve never had a bad experience when I come to this location. It’s always excellent service and highly recommended.
