Jiffy Lube

This was my first experience at a Jiffy Lube. Sederick was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Samuel was also extremely helpful. The in-house services and the effort put in by Sedrick and Samuel are the reason this location is getting a 5 star review. That all being said, I wasn't very happy about getting multiple texts from different numbers begging for a review. Because of that alone I wasn't going to leave a review, but Sedrick and Samuel deserve recognition. All in all, the in-store workers are GREAT! I'd give Sedrick and Samuel a raise ASAP. It seems like the marketing crew could use some new blood though. These young men did a great job of talking care of me. They were so respect and more importantly knowledgeable. They diagnosed what maintenance my vehicle needed and made a recommendation. They were fast and efficient. I will be going back for service in the future.

I arrived about 45 minutes before closing and the two gentlemen there did an amazing job! Explained everything thoroughly to me, were kind and patient with my questions....it was just the best oil change experience you could ask for!

It was my first time at this location, but definitely won't be my last. Everyone there was friendly and professional. They were very upfront about there being a wait when I showed up, but then ended up finishing my oil change really quickly anyway. Would definitely recommend!

Every tech was fast and efficient in there every step. Team had great communication and helped me become more knowledgeable about all the work done and key issues they noticed through there inspection of the vehicle.
