Jiffy Lube

Was here on 3/9/26. The whole crew that worked that day are a TOP NOTCH crew. They knew their stuff. I drive a geopoint fleet vehicle and all I had to do was pull up and they knew the rest. No additional questions. Phenomenal team!!

I have had services before completed at this location in Land o Lakes, and today I was only requesting an oil filter change. I had purchased my own oil filter since it was a better quality for my vehicle.The tech checked with his manager who informed me that it would cost me $175 since it wasn’t their filter. I also understood that their filter cost $1.76. The stated that per the manager, it was company policy since they did not have a service specifically for this type of service. I did a search for a competitor in Land O Lakes, And found a location on New Year’s Day, who was able to provide the service that is very affordable rate. This would be my last visit to Jiffy Lube.

This location was a 30 minute drive from my home. In the drive was worth the positive experience that I received. I overly love the fact that the employees did not pressure me into making any additional purchases. They also were very knowledgeable of my car concerns. I definitely will return for all of my future needs for my vehicle.

John down at Tires Choice gave me hope there are still some solid businessmen out there. He took the time to listen, and explain things patiently all while helping me out in a pinch. Without a shadow of a doubt I will be back and do all related business with him and his shop.

Greeted immediately by Garrett who was very pleasant and professional. Clint and his team: Kyle Evan and Jonathan were amazing. I love that I was able to stay in my truck while they knocked out the oil change. They even wiped down my front windshield while I waited. They were in sync and worked very efficiently together. Highly recommend. I will be back again!
