I'm a completely satisfied customer of Jiffy Lube. Its not just an oil change. My vehicle is thoroughly inspected. The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. Service is performed in a timely manner. They don't try to over sell and they always make sure that I'm aware of the current promotions. Jeremy is my favorite. I had a rental that needed an oil change. I spoke with Jeremy, the Assistant Manager, that talked me through how simple the timing and process would be. I was in a rush getting off work with out of town plans and he made this experience so smooth for me. The staff was very kind and helpful and things have really changed since the last time I've been here for service. I will definitely be coming back.

Such a pleasant time. All the guys were so nice! As a woman, some guys can be creepy at service places. Each guy was a gentleman, opened the door, and was professional. Will be back!
