Jiffy Lube

I am very satisfied with their service. I have a 17yr old vehicle that required a coolant flush. It was reasonably priced and I was told that I could come by anytime to have it topped up if needed. Well, turns out the coolant reservoir has a small leak so have had to return several times for a top up. The staff has always been kind and helpful. Recently, I was told that a top up cost $6. No problem, happy to pay it! However, they are not consistent. The first time, they made it sound like it was a mistake on my part. I explained that it had been free up until that point but happily paid the $6 and communicated that I just wanted consistent information. Amazing happy friendly people. Highly recommend going here for oil change and anything else you might need checked up on. Did oil change and everything within 20 min amazing.

Takes advantage of women coming in by upcharging for unneeded services. Including an “engine flush” in addition to oil change and replaced wipers that were not needed changed. Not to mention they stripped the drain plug in the process. What was supposed to be a quick oil change for my girlfriend has now resulted in needing a new drain plug and a service bill over $200 for said “engine flush”. Do not go here.

I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time until I found out that they were skipping out on some things. I just so happen to go to Jiffy Lube Saturday 1/24/26 I actually felt really good. I didn’t feel any negative vibes. I was in and out within 18 minutes. I received the signature and tire rotations. I paid 105 walking out of the door using a $12 discount coupon.

Would give 0 if I could. Went here for an oil change on Monday, only to realize shortly after they did not put oil back in it. Almost causing damage to the vehicle if I hadn’t realized. A previous employee who I knew said there was multiple complaints of how Jiffy Lube employees would forget to refill people’s oil and their engine blew up. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want it to last.
