Jiffy Lube

I used to only get oil changes at the dealership but one day (a few oil changes ago) I decided to come here for the convenience and I was beyond impressed with Paul and his team. They are very professional, thorough, and always do a fantastic job. You can tell they value what they do. My husband and I wont go anywhere else for oil changes/basic maintenance now.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The service was quick and efficient, and my car was ready in no time. I also appreciated their attention to detail, checking other fluid levels and tire pressure without any upselling pressure. The facility was clean and well-organized, making the whole experience comfortable. Overall, it was a hassle-free visit, and I will definitely return for future maintenance needs. Paul and Shawn was amazing.

I haven’t done a review in a while, but I need to do one right now for Jiffy Lube. Very friendly professional staff, I wasn’t expecting that for some reason. Anywhere else for me to get my Uber driver vehicle inspection would’ve cost about $30-$40, I got it done here for $20. And they helped me out with some other stuff. I have other places that I go to in Summerville and Charleston for vehicle work, but I’m probably gonna be coming to Jiffy Lube and Moncks corner from now on Unless I have to go somewhere else. Also, I had to get my vehicle inspection done today so I could get back on the road driving Uber, they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, that was perfect and very helpful! Came back for an oil change. Great price and great timing.

I wish you could give 0 stars! The manager at this establishment is extremely rude and unprofessional! His service guy ruined my guard because he did not screw it in tight after the oil change. I reported to him immediately when I noticed that my car was dragging. As a result from dragging my guard got damaged. I informed the manager and he tried to blame and say my screws were stripped. I was highly livid! He was dismissive, rude, condescending, abrasive, and smug! I requested that they get me a new guard, he stated he spoke with his GM and they agreed to replace my damaged gated, never did not my guard is extremely damaged for months of dragging. I will contacting the corporate office and an attorney to see what my remedy would be for this issue. I hope he gets fired, he is a terrible ma

Came in just to see if they could put air in my tires as I knew they were low. They pleasantly said sure and took care of them. Then they said no charge! The team there is great and I highly recommend them. I will go back for other services!
