Jiffy Lube

I was quoted a price of 120 and I told the guy I had a 15 dollar coupon and he said ok. Then while they were doing the oil change another guy came up to me and said it will be 150. I said the other guy said 120 he said well I’ll give you a discount. It ended up costing me 132 for just an oil and filter change nothing else. I will never go back. My husband says he knows a guy in Downey that will do an oil change for 80. I’ll go there next time. Women don’t go there. They are trying to rip women off!!!

The two gentlemen Enrique & Dennis were professional and efficient on helping me with my oil change…would recommend this area and two excellent service men

I can’t say enough about the service I received from Enrique! I called because the flap under my car was clacking in the wind on the freeway and I’d had my car worked on in Hawthorne at another jiffy lube yesterday… he stayed late until I got to his location and promptly got the situation handled even though he didn’t create the problem…. Just a great example of amazing customer service and kindness in general

Went to this location and did an estimate online and the technician claimed that he did not receive it. 1st red flag. Although nice, they are deceiving and out to pinch you for every penny they can and unnoticeably. They cheated me and definitely not trust worthy. Please do your own research before going and have some knowledge. They don’t look out for anyone that isn’t like them, even then I’m sure a few of them have been cheated. Tried to charge me $50 for a filter and it only cost $20 at a near by auto store. Make sure you go over the charges in detail and look over before you sign anything. They are just out to get money and cheat regular everyday people. The parts and labor didn’t add up to the gross sales. Numbers will be manipulated for sure.
