Jiffy Lube

This is the worst oil place I have ever been to. They said it had no oil pressure after changing the oil. then said they created a vacuum leak trying to change the air filter, threw away part of my oil filter, got my car stuck on their lift and put in wrong antifreeze and did not put enough oil in my car. My car was being worked on for 4.5 hours for an oil change. They are not denying any of this but are denying that the fact my car will not hold oil the next day is their fault. They Destroyed my car. I can not leave zero stars.

Went in for a safety inspection and found out the person who does them had to leave for an emergency. I understand this happens but they could have called and told me. The girl there was polite and apologetic but a call would have gone a long way for me trying to get there through traffic from a long day of work.

Had a large sign out front for 1/2 off all oil changes. Was charged $254.00 for a synthetic oil change on a diesel. Whoever pulled my truck in hit the pole coming in the bays and never thought about mentioning it. Imagine a $508.00 oil chage

Had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube on River Road in Mooresville! I showed up at 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, and instead of turning me away, the manager, Dominic, went the extra mile. He welcomed me in, took care of everything quickly and professionally, and even stayed late to make sure the job was done right. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days. Huge thanks to Dominic and his team—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Staff was nice and courteous, they just were not knowledgeable about state inspections. I took a 2003 model vehicle that I had just purchased in for inspection. They ran a full safety and emissions inspection when it only requires a safety inspection due to the age. They also failed the inspection due to one tire tread measuring 3/32 . The state guidelines are 2/32 minimum, so it should have passed. I had to pay double the cost for a failed inspection that should have passed. I took the vehicle to another shop the next day and it passed without question.
