Jiffy Lube Multicare

I went in for an oil change because I recently bought a car and thought I was well overdue for a change. Turns out the sticker was an old one and I don’t need another change for a while! An older gentleman (didn’t get his name) came in and was honest with me, when he could’ve done another change and charged me. He even offered to top off any other fluids no charge. I genuinely appreciate the honesty and will be coming back to get an actual change. Thank you for being kind!

Wonderful service!! It was fast and comprehensive, finding some problems with my car. However they did not do a "hard sell" on getting it done wither right away, but working out a plan that was preferable to me.

The gentlemen were very polite and explained everything they were doing. Recommended changing filters but didn’t pressure me as I told them no thank you. My husband can handle that! Very quick and thorough!

Overall good experience - However I really need my receipt - yet to be emailed to me - but I'm steady receiving marketing emails (funny how that works!) - so I know the store has my correct email address. That's frustrating. Friendly & personable staff. I dislike that after I left my brakes were shortly squealing at times since my tire rotation on tires w less than 37k miles Unfortunately, I was driving thru needing an oil change - therefore I'm not local to just drive by to get this rectified ... however a receipt was supposed to be emailed to begin with - so may I please have it?

The service is fairly fast and professional. On last visit though I was told they didn’t carry my transmission fluid. So I couldn’t get the transmission mission service. I went and bought the fluid myself and went back for an oil change and asked if they could do a transmission service with my fluid. I was told they made a mistake last time and they do have my fluid myself. I asked if they could still use mine. Then I was told the way they do transmission service is with a machine that pumps 15 quarts through the transmission. My first thought was I would pay for 15 quarts and my transmission only holds a little over 8. Then my second thought was they don’t change the filter????? I asked him did they have the filter since I was told they didn’t have the fluid last time he said yes. Then we
