Jiffy Lube Multicare

I had the pleasure of working with Izak and Caitlyn today. They were fast friendly and efficient. They took the time to check all of my concerns. The best part is they didn’t try to convince me that I needed a new kravenlator to pad the bill.

Went in a for a simple oil change and they kept trying to up sale me and tell me about how random things in my car was broken and needed to be fixed and after I turned down all the made up repairs they wanted to do on my car they stopped being friendly and turned cold. I only got an oil change and after using a 50$ off coupon it was still $92. Most expensive oil change ever and I’m glad I had a different coupon that made my total out to be $62. I love jiffy lube but this location was terrible.

I came in with a coupon that was mailed to me by Jiffy Lube for a $25 oil change. They tried to upsell me which I respectfully denied and they acted annoyed with me. And after they were done, my bill was $55 and I didn’t even have it in me to argue. I’ve been in there plenty of times before with no issues until this time. Is what it is but I won’t be back.

I was waiting to review this place before I knew for sure what was wrong with my car. I went in for a standard oil change and to see if one of my headlights could be replaced. They kept me for over an hour and I had a “customer service representative” tell me my car would cost over 10k to fix (which is how much I bought the car for). He listed off all the things wrong with it, and it seemed insane to me as I had just gotten my car fully checked out and fixed a month before this incident. The man said he was trained in talking to customers (what?) and that he knew it was upsetting for me to hear this. He asked how many miles I had while I didn’t have my car on me and I just replied with “a lot” and then he began to lecture me on how investing in used cars works. As if I didn’t know. So they

Shane was such a sweetheart and really helped with my service today! Greeted me outside and held the door open for me! That was awesome and then Ronnie helped me as an advisor to help me decide on getting a brake flush along with my full brake replacement! 10/10 service guys! Also very affordable and quick service. I will definitely recommend these guys to my friends and family!
