Jiffy Lube Multicare

Every employee that saw or even passed me went out of their way to say hello and engage in conversation. I loved how they brought things to my attention but did not try to push the sale too hard and make it uncomfortable. Past mechanical issues came up in conversation and they recommended several reliable shops in the area. They were quick and efficient and I was in and out in around 20 minutes. The only negative thing I have to say, is the bathroom was gross but didnt warrant taking a star away from how good the rest of the service was.

Be careful with this jiffy lube. I asked for an oil change and was in a rush and they took an entire hour to change my oil. They ran through my air filters, my coolant came back and asked me that I should get all of that stuff done. An air filter at autozone is a cheap purchase and very easy to put in however I complied and they charge me almost $80 for something you just pop in. Then right across from me there’s a poor old lady who only wanted her oils changed and tires rotated and they started going into her spark plugs and all these other things and even though she said she’ll go through her carfax to verify the last time she conducted maintenance the employee stated he had the carfax up at that moment so I walked up and what I saw was the invoice from my transaction while he was talkin

Very painful experience. First person at opening for simple tire rotation. Watched as service techs wonder around and not do anything. Absolutely painful. Asked to have the vehicle lowered so I could leave and suddenly they want to start. Working on other vehicles when I should have been first. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

My low tire light came on, so I pulled in and they got all 4 tires to the right psi quickly. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Great service with a smile.

I liked the fact the the team moved with military precision. Calling out to each other to each step of the process and confirming each step. I also liked that they did things like check my tire pressure, vacuum my car and check my fluids. It reminded me of what a full self service could look like.
