Came for an oil change and nothing extra. I was In and out! They cleaned the windows, filled the washer fluid, filled the battery water and filled the transmission. Spent about 24 minutes overall. Daniel was great and helpful. He walked me through the process with reassurance; They have a waiting area with free WiFi and beverages such as coffee and tea. They did recommend to change the engine air filter but I politely declined as I could do it myself as it’s more affordable on amazon.

I went to the location on Frederick Road again. This is the only Jiffy Lube. I will go to. It is well-managed, folks are well trained, everyone is polite, and they do great work. I highly recommend anyone to go here for their services.

Went for a tire rotation and oil change. Noticed my car was shaking. I checked my tires to find one lug nut fell off on my passenger side and the other tire on my driver side did not have the lug nuts seated properly… some were sticking way too far out. What a waste of time to have to come back. The mechanic tried to blame the car and how they’re made lol no that was you all not doing a good job.
