Went for an oil change on Saturday 10/4. Had a coupon for a $29.99 signature oil change. Was told by the original service technician that the total cost with shop fees would be about $40 out the door. When the service was finished, a different technician told me the total was $90! They put in synthetic oil instead of the house oil that the coupon called for. Which is something I DID NOT request at the time the information was put in the computer. I told the technician I would be happy to wait while they drained the vehicle and refilled it with the oil the coupon specified. I was told that couldn't be done. The best they could do is charge me $80 for something they messed up. I informed them that when I make mistakes like that at work, *I* am the one that has to own that. You did not honor

James was very courteous and friendly . Made me feel welcomed and that they wanted to have my business . Thank you for taking care of my oil change and the discount. It was very much appreciated.

The guy who helped me was very nice. I know nothing about cars but he explained everything. I very much appreciate it. Also got my oil changed quickly.
