They did an oil change didn’t put the piece back on tried to tell me it went to a truck told my husband he picked the metal off the road and it went to a 4f159 truck. They was supposed to replace it, it wasn’t worth arguing because my husband has cancer and we had a 3 year old in the car with us. I would rather pay $130 for Take 5 to do my oil change.

Isaac and Chris were real nice and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job explaining the services they were recommending for my vehicle, and even did one of the pricey services for free. Super thankful for their help!

This place was absolutely amazing! I work for Lyft and I’m using Lyfts rental program using one of the cars through Hertz. When it came time to do an oil change I had to get a voucher and have it approved to have it done. I had went to two different places to have it done. One of those places I sat at for almost four hours just for them to tell me that it wasn’t approved. Well it wasn’t approved at Take 5 bc the workers were lazy and never even made the call to try and get it approved. The next day I took the car to Jiffy Lube to have it done. I was in and out of there within twenty mins! They had amazing customer service and went above and beyond for me. I won’t ever go anywhere else to have my vehicles worked on. You guys rock! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Have had my oil changed changed here a couple of times in the past but this time in particular, I can say I was pretty unhappy. The same day I picked it up, I almost IMMEDIATELY noticed a peculiar smell coming from both the engine compartment as well as the chassis of the car. It smelled quite hot, but thankfully not like coolant. I just thought a few drops spilled when removing the pump from the fill port. I brought this to my husbands attention that evening and he was going to look at it but with the holiday, it got a tad overlooked so last night it became top of mind for him so he went outside to have a look and the entire engine compartment was SATURATED in engine oil.
