The shop is great and so are all the people. Free tire pressure check if you’re a customer. Asked for an express service oil change only - nothing else and I was done in 25 minutes max all fluids checked and topped off. All the technicians are great !

From the moment I arrived, Gabriel greeted me with professionalism and genuine kindness. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained the services in detail, and made sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. From the pull up to the departure, the customer service was remarkable. The technician were very knowledgeable and explained everything to detail on what was needed and why. No upsale BS from them, just 100% caring. Mr Nadeem was so kind, courteous and attentive to all my questions and needs. The Olney Jiffy Lube has an Amazing Team working there. I went to Jiffy Lube in Olney, MD for an oil change and I was treated respectfully and cordially. When the work was completed I showed them a discount coupon that they could not honor. However, the manager decided to give me the discount anyway. Great customer service.

Double check what the prices on the sign say and what you get quoted. I thought I'd get the ~$60 synthetic blend oil change but instead was charged $85 for the synthetic blend oil change. Only reason they're getting two stars is because the staff doing the work seemed pleasant enough. Regardless, I won't be returning.
