Jiffy Lube Multicare

Paid $200 for oil change and tire rotation just for them to break one of my hubcaps and not offer to pay for a new one. I came in with 4, they broke one and said it was corroded- my hubcap wasn’t even a year old or close to being a year old. $200 is also too much for both services combined.

They charged me for the wrong oil, using Penzoil gold synthetic instead of standard synthetic. Also, they tried to charge me $50 for a cabin air filter replacement which was honestly incredible they have managed to sell anyone on that. Good for them though I guess. Customer service was good, workers were nice enough.

Showed a coupon for $32 off for a full synthetic oil change before entering the work area. Got the oil change and tire roation done. I was upsold on an air filter and coolant top-off. Turned down all of the other items recommended. My receipt was emailed to me and when I checked it, the $32 discount was not applied. I was home by this time so I called. The person who I showed the discount to told me I had to show it to him "at the end", although he was shown and made aware of the coupon before they started service on my car. He was actually the one who told me I would get $32 off, as I thought I was getting $25 off. Rest assured, I will never be back and will steer anyone I can away from this scam of a business.

I returned to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change again…because I’ve always gotten excellent service there. I appreciate the time they take to explain their recommendations & that they offer cost options. Tho I have limited knowledge in the field of mechanics, they’re not only friendly but also respectful. Highly recommend!

Super speedy and excellent customer service. I’ve been to several jiffy lubes for both my personal and work vehicles and this hands down is my favorite location, very helpful engaging staff and they always remember to reset the vehicle’s notification system which is always a plus.
