Jiffy Lube Multicare

The multicare model has turned what used to be a quick service into one that takes 30-90 minutes depending on what you want done. The majority of which is spend waiting on others. This is not the way. That said, even though I was there for 2 hours and paid over $300, the employees at this location provide great customer service. From now on I’ll probably just go to the dealer.

I brought my 2022 Toyota Sienna Hybrid for a simple engine oil change, and they completely drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil! This is a major mistake that caused serious damage and risk to my vehicle. After the service, the Same day my Sienna started showing warning lights and stopped driving properly — later we found out there was no oil(liquid) in the transmission system. This error caused thousands of dollars in damage, and the problem is still not solved. I am still dealing with major issues because of what they did. What makes it even worse is that they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake. I received great service here today. The service team was very professional and quick with putting air in my tires. I had been driving around with my air pressure caution light on for weeks now. When I arrived, I mentioned the service I needed and I was directed to to the back of the building. When I told them I only needed air in one tire, they offered to do all of them. They didn't charge me anything for this service and got it done quickly. I'll definitely be back for my oil change!

Amazed with this place 😃. Last minute oil change. I love the warm welcome from the staff. Everybody at this place is nice and extremely friendly and one key thing that I love about this place is that I wasnt pushed to purchase anything additional. No hassle at all. Fair price for synthetic oil and a nice waiting room. This is my new-first-favorite place from now own when I need to change oil in my cars. Rocky is really awesome!

I used to go to the other Jiffy Lube in 355 and had terrible experiences with them. I stopped going to Jiffy Lube all together. those guys changed the narrative and I am certainly going back. Amazing service and customer care. the team was very attentive to details, providing clear and honest recommendations and assessment - a rarity in the car service world.
