Aaron is the best!!!!Great spot. Manager inside doesn’t try to sell you on anything and is just a good dude. Honest work here and they go over everything with you, higher ups need to take care of this guy. He is doing a great job and bringing a lot of business here!

My husband went there this morning to get an oil change in our Honda Fit. The man who was telling everyone else what to do was very snide, and snarky to my husband. We have spent well over $10,000 at Jiffy Lube's across the country, as well as elkhart indiana for our two transport vehicles in the last five years. This morning, we were charged $65 for the oil change in a fit. The car only takes 3.8 quarts of oil. The man told my husband it is our practice to charge for 5 quarts. That would be like a gas station Charging me for 10 gallons of gas when I put in 8 gallons. The way he spoke to my husband jiffy lube has officially lost our business for life. As well as we will no longer recommend to anyone to use jiffy lube services.

Do not trust these people!! They got mad because I didn’t want the most expensive oil. So they went in the back and got this clear container with oil. I have no idea what it was. I was told they would sweep the leaves out of my car, they didn’t! I was told I need anti-freeze, it was $39 to top it off. I said no, I wiil buy some. I went to AutoZone. Autozone came out to look at my anti-freeze, he showed me it was a “HAIR” low!! He said I was fine!!! So Jiffy Lube wanted $39 to top it off, but it n my receipt it says I am fine!!!! BEWARE!!!!

If there was 0 stars I would chose it. Said my shocks were “blown” as had a clunking noise in rear when going over major dips in road…oil changed $110 …..$700 shocks……after got it back….noise still there when hitting bumps on interstate and oil leaking on garage floor…filter leaking……I’m so sorry I went to Jiffy New Palestine Indiana…..I will warn everyone to go elsewhere…..normally I have always went to dealer where I purchased but it’s a 45 minute drive a thought I’d try closer….awful service….they don’t have a clue about mechanical issues or even an oil change …and when my husband took it back because oil leaking….they said “ we put on a new filter and we won’t charge you” what ????

Could not coordinate my appointments with the dealer, so went here out of convenience. The staff is nice enough but $140 for an oil change is excessive.. even with a coupon I found on the Internet, still paid 114 which is significantly more than I’ve ever paid for an oil change before. Did not seem to be any additional perks as nobody reported any sort of maintenance check or anything else that would justify a much higher fee than anyone else charges.
