Jiffy Lube

I arrived around 20 to 6. They close at 6. Desperately needed my oil changed. The guys were so kind. I felt bad rolling in so late.I told them I could come back but Marquis the manager insisted I stay and the would do the oil change. He had me in and out in short order! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube on J Clyde. BJM

Best experienced i had at an auto place. The guys there were respectful and informative. Didnt push for unnecessary work just because I'm a women. It was a nice quick in and out. Would definitely recommend this location jiffy lube. Much appreciated customer.

Stopped in to get an oil changed. Before I went I was on my way from work and lots of light came on. Went I arrived I showed them what was going on. They checked it on their computer (for free) and found out my hybrid battery is going bad. That’s a $6000 fix. To no avail, my car can still run without that hyper battery. I just won’t save as much gas. I asked them if there was a coupon. He told me to go online and sure enough there was a $25 coupon for an oil change. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service I definitely will go back. I give them a five star.

i was wowed by excellent, kind and courteous customer service along with the quick oil change and repair given to my van. I will be returning with my other vehicle and I've told a few friends that live in the area about my exceptional experience. Great work team for helping my day start on a good note . And the price was in my budget. Thanks again 🙂.

I'm a little disappointed with my service at Jiffy Lube. I have gone to Jiffy Lube for several years and I always get excellent service. I brought my car for an oil change as I usually do and the service was fast and the team was very nice but unfortunately the oil setting was not reset and also my tires in the back did not have air and I asked them to fill it to the appropriate pressure and they told me that this was done but that was not done as my light was still on. I brought the car back and I was told that my tire sensor does not work and that's why I'm getting this light. I took my car for air and the sensor was checked and the sensor is working just fine. I filled it with air and the light is gone.
