I just got an oil change here today for my Buick Regal, good experience :) all workers were calm and diligent even when there are lots of customers . No rushing . That made me happy . They Checked air filter, checked coolant and wiper fluids , checked wipers, washed windshield ,Aired up my tires a bit at request . All was good. Everyone was very polite Thanks very much! 😊
Make sure they have put oil in your car before they ask you to start it . I was asked to start my car after the gentleman thought his fellow employee filled it . We'll we herd a quick yell "turn it off it has no oil in it yet !"... and everyone kinda went quiet as the employees all looked at each other in amazement.. . You boys had One job .. SMH . communication is key in the work space . Update .. The " owner " finally reached out to me. In the comments AMAZIN ! not sure who's incharge of the replies for g maps ? But this review has over 10,000!!! + views . The sign also got taken down shortly after this post . What kinda damage can be caused by running a engine without oil for a few moments? Get back to me plz 🙏
Friendly and great service! I got my window cleaned, free window washer fluid and an offer to check tire pressure as well as oil change for a total time of 17 minutes. I’ll definitely be returning.
Was in the area visiting from Nova Scotia. Decided to get an oil change before heading back home, we use jiffy lube often and have had great service before. This location lied to us and sort of shut down every question we had. Treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Not a great experience at all. And lied on a service explanation report too. Not cool. Avoid this location.
