Jiffy Lube

This was one of the best experiences I've had at an auto shop. Upon arrival, a team member greeted me at the door. The entire crew were extremely nice and they kept me up to date the entire time on the progress of my vehicle. It was a great price for what I had done, and I will definitely be going back for any more services I need on my car. I left as a happy and satisfied customer.

​I had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube, largely thanks to Will’s impeccable customer service. I went in for a standard oil change and mentioned a burning smell that had me worried about a potential leak, but Will handled the situation with total professionalism and a great sense of humor—especially when we discovered actual corn kernels tucked outside the engine! He was incredibly helpful in finding a solution for the leak, offering an engine sealant to tide me over until I’m able to afford a new gasket. He also kept me informed about the state of my tires, and I truly appreciated that there was zero pressure to take care of those repairs immediately. I normally do not leave reviews. But I am extremely happy with the service received from Jiiffy Lube. The team were all very knowledgeable. I say team for they truly worked as a well oiled machine (no pun intended), efficient. They were all very professional in communicating with each other and me. Overall very good and wonderful service. All the guys were very knowledgeable and didn’t push any unnecessary work on us. They told us the things that needed to get done and stuff that could wait. They answered all our questions and it was nice that they explained in detail everything like time of when to get such things taken care of. Overall a 10/10 definitely recommend them.
