Good, fast and friendly service. They do tell you the price before services started so I appreciated that. With that being said, you are not going to pay for an oil change at the price that is listed. Even if you have a coupon, expect to pay much more. The price listed is for 5 quarts. My vehicle took 6.7 quarts, which was an additional charge. I was charged 9.97 for shop fees? They said that is oil disposal and shop towels. I had an additional $10 charge for the type of oil filter I had. Then on top of that, I had another charge of 4.99 which was titled special filter fee? I asked about that and he said he was not sure what that is but could not take it off. The 51.99 oil change with a 50% coupon (26.00) ended up at a total cost of 62.27. Loved this place 😍 they did an exceptional job very quick on oil change and checked everything and didn't lie about what was needed very hard to come by but they now have my business

The staff is seriously courteous from the get-go! From greetings, offers, expectations, to where to wait. I came here for an oil change. Candace happily moved the vehicle into the service bay, cleaned glasses, prepared it, and parked afterward. Operating hours are posted clearly and accurate, and a note was added for incoming holidays. The place is maintained clean. The owner(s) cares about the customer. A vending machine or two wouldn't hurt.

My experience was excellent. The jiffy lube team here is fast, friendly, knowledgeable. Don't forget to go online and download a discount coupon.
