Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Even though I don’t live up here in Acworth, I’m going to find it very hard not to ONLY come to this establishment. The friendly and QUALITY service was top tier. Like…the best I’ve seen. I’m the type to ask questions, and Andrew was very helpful in answering all of them. Brian, Shelby, & Steve took great care of my car, had me in at 12:30, I was back in the driveway at my AirBnB at 1:00 on the DOT. Doesn’t hurt that their quick and quality service included making my 4 year old laugh and having GREAT music taste. You’re making a mistake if you drive past this place to go somewhere else. Take it from someone who has sworn off one (maybe 2) oil change places because of the lackluster service and mediocre work for exemplary-level pricing. But, it’s your money so do what you want. I called Jiffy Lube to ask about getting my headlights replaced, and Brian was incredibly helpful right from the start. When I arrived, Andrew, Brian, and Steve took excellent care of my car. They replaced the headlight quickly, professionally, and at an amazing price. The entire experience was smooth, honest, and genuinely refreshing. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs work done on their car—they truly go above and beyond.

Andrew and Brian were SUPER friendly and efficient. They both truly are excellent customer service associates. WONT try to rip you off either. 10 stars ALL DAY
