Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

After getting my oil changed done here at this establishment, I will never go to one of these establishments again took my vehicle to them and after a week, my vehicle was making noise. They told me that they are not responsible for any noise or anything that they don’t do that’s wrong. I know that they didn’t Added enough oil to my vehicle because this morning my vehicle was dry with no oil. I had to add 2 quarts of oil for my vehicle to run back to the shop. Any problems when I brought the vehicle. I bought the vehicle to them. The manager was there when the guy started coming lines true then when the manager came show me videos stadium that my vehicle did not have a problem. He first said oh there’s no oil on the vehicle when it came in that’s a lie then he said oh we could redo it agai

Got in and out in 20 minutes flat with 4 cars ahead of me. I was greeted right away with super friendly staff. Within minutes I was approached with a summary of my vehicles health and options if I wanted. Super helpful and not pushy. Within a few minutes of that my car was finished and I’m super happy and satisfied. Thank you for putting the jiffy in Jiffy Lube.

I recieved the quickest oil change ever. Hardly had time to settle in, before they were finished. And that's with extras,.. "like" a 10 point service check, brake, coolant and wiper fluid refills. The topper was, they vacuumed my car (and it needed it too), and cleaned the windows, and with a coupon. They're very professional, meticulous, courteous and efficient. I left with an aire of trust. Defiinitely on my list for car care.

Been bringing my work van here and very pleased with the service! Friendly, quick, and most of all not pushy! They suggest things but do not “beat” it into you like other competitors I bring my personal car here now and very happy with the service

Awesome service as always at this location. Every time I go in they are quick and fair. Any service ever offered is explained with my required approval before they start on it. And I have in fact turned down some things to price around and couldn’t find a better deal, ended up doing it there. I have never felt their recommendations were ever forced. Prices are great especially compared to the dealership prices nowadays. They are also fast compared to any other mechanics I’ve ever taken my cars. I once had a concern that they sorted out right there, they didn’t simply dismiss me which has happened to me in the past. Shout out to Robert for today’s great service in particular but the whole crew for the great service every time I go.
