The owner is one of the most generous people I ever met. He is a like an uncle, sort of. I had a year warranty, but he extended it another 12 months. It then became expired, but he honored the warranty anyway. He's a great person and great boss, even when business is doing well. I do not know how to say thank you, but he's a good person. This is definitely a jiffy lube to conduct business at, and I have high standards.

The total cost of the brake pads was somewhere between 500 to 600 dollars, which came out to be free. He did not have to do that, I would have conducted business anyway, because of his character, but his morals shine anyway, and so does the business. I would definitely attend this location.

Never coming back here again, I have multiple cars that I’ve been bringing here for about 2 months to save myself the time and effort of doing the oil changes myself. Last week I bring in one of my cars and after getting home I noticed that the dashboard display was changed from the setting I normally have it on. While going to change it back (the button to do so is on the left side plastic trim of the steering wheel) I noticed that the entire plastic trim for the buttons on the left side of the steering wheel was popped out slightly. Then I tried to hit another button and the entire trim piece popped right off the steering wheel. So I call the shop and inform them immediately that there was an issue and that this was not how I gave the car to them. I drove back and showed the “manager” of
