Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

Jiffy Lube was my "go to" place today when I had no idea where I should take the car for the sudden problems that appeared yesterday: (tires and then other warnings from the computer system .) Jiffy Lube mechanics did a thorough check up and resolved the problems, even discovering a back up break light that needed replacement. The manager has a great attitude; he answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. Bravo, Jiffy Lube!! You saved my day.

Super quick service. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever. I wish I lived closer so I could come back regularly but I had an issue while driving on the highway and just stopped here.

I went to Jiffy Lube in WLB for an oil change, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I wish I had gotten the name of the employee who helped me because he was extremely professional, pleasant, helpful, and honest. The service was quick, my car was well taken care of, and the wait time wasn’t long at all. Great customer service really goes a long way, and this location definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change in the near future.

It is rare to find a company, much less a franchise, that treats you with courtesy and honesty. Giovanni and the entire crew are to be applauded..
