Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I came in for a routine oil change with a multi-point inspection before heading to Miami for the weekend. I was already aware that my car had a small tear in the engine splash shield (underbody cover) that had been there for a long time. It had never affected my driving, and while it was mentioned when I arrived, I was never told it needed to be fully removed or that it posed an immediate issue. The oil change itself was easy and straightforward, and I used a Groupon with no problems. After leaving, I drove less than 0.01 miles to a new car wash next door. I came in today for an oil top-off on my BMW 550i and had a great experience. I initially thought I had been to this Jiffy Lube before with this car, but it turned out it was actually my other vehicle — and they were still incredibly accommodating and helpful. They also checked my tires and topped off my windshield fluid without me even asking. The service was quick, super affordable, and efficient. I am pleased with recent experience at Jiffy Lube. The employees were informative & knowledgeable. They were attentive to our concerns and were able to resolve issues in a timely manner. I have noticed a big difference in the aroma since the cabin air filter was changed. Wonderful customer service. Will return when in the area.

I’ve been coming to this same spot consistently for the past six months, and it’s 100% because of the exceptional customer service and quality of work. Eric and Alice truly go above and beyond every single visit. They are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to explain services, answer questions, and make sure everything is done right without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
