Jiffy Lube Oil Change

My husband and I went here earlier today to get a routine oil check. This older man working came off as rude from the start. We pull up for the oil change and the man refused to do it because he said my husbands car wouldn’t make it out of the parking lot. He claimed it looks like the car has been submerged under water? And that metal is coming apart and there was water in the oil gauge. Obviously we took this seriously and saw multiple other people about it just to be told that everything looked fine. We were able to get an oil change fine somewhere else. We had the car thoroughly looked at and everything looked fine. I don’t know if this guy just didn’t feel like working on the car, or doing the oil change but it was a bit dramatic. Won’t go there again.

Great customer service. They didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. I get that a lot as a woman when I get my oil changed. They were fast & efficient. Filled my low tire & without me having to ask & topped off my fluids.

I'm a repeat customer of Jiffy Lube in Azle. My husband used to take care of car maintenance before he passed so I was nervous to find a local place with good customer service and I hit the jackpot! From Andrew to Jarrod and the rest of their crew, all of them treated me with respect and were very knowledgeable about their job. In particular the oil change my car needed. When I left, I felt confident they had taken very good care of my car(tire rotation) and had gone above and beyond and gave me a timeline and details along the way and told me how long the wait would be. In summary, I love my Jiffy Lube - Azle and will keep coming back!

Great visit to JL off I-35 in ROUND ROCK this morning! Stopped in and got a super quick oil change and general upkeep by Mike and Mitch. I also needed to change the air filter, which they replaced with no problem (unlike at another location...). They discounted this and also topped off my coolant for cheap. Windshield washer fluid and tire pressure also got checked off the list.. I was all set in about half an hour - shortly after they opened. They even offered some great advice on taking care of some corrosion on my battery posts. Highly recommend their spot for quick friendly service! 👍🌟🌟🌟👍 Note: I just saw how the location listed after posting this.. I used a QR code they provided and it came up for a loc. far away from the one I visited on I-35 in Round Rock.. just fyi.

I went in for an oil change in my Ram 2500. They advertise checking the tires, washing windows,checking tires, vacuum out inside, none of this was done. One previous oil change was $125.00, this one $150.00. I wasn’t there over 10 minutes tops. I question whether any of the checked items were actually checked. When I asked why the discrepancy in the charges, all I got was a promised reduced price on the next oil change. I won’t be back, I am fully capable of changing my own oil for half the price!
