Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Blue Ash location..Great. Quick, courteous, i am handicapped and they made every effort to make their service accessible.. thought i was getting the $49 oil change on the website but ir was $89 by the time the car was on the rack. They did give mre $15 coupon...next time.. valvoline

Bait and switch at its finest! I was told $74.99 for an oil change (which I think is expensive anyway), but by the time it was all said and done, I handed over $102. That included taxes, a $10 shop supplies fee (whatever happened to cost of doing business??) and $10 for topping off my coolant (even though there are ads inside the building stating that's free). They also tried to sell me filters, which I declined. I will say that the men that worked there were kind and friendly, though they did notate that my oil plug was over torqued and leaking, which I disagree with being as I've only owned the car for a few months and bought it from the dealership my husband works at and have personally been under the car myself recently. All in all, I think this store is managed in such a way that

Came in for an oil change they’re always friendly. They always know my car. They were able to change out a lightbulb fair pricing really love taking my cars here.

I hadn’t been here for service in a few years. Glad I remembered them. Ken was very helpful, genuine and courteous! I’ll be back

My oil change and air pressure were completed quickly and the employees were very helpful and friendly.
