Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I came here for an oil change and had a terrible experience. The woman who assisted me was extremely unhelpful and provided poor customer service. On top of that, the oil ring was not installed correctly, which caused all of my oil to leak out. My car had to be towed back there. I specifically asked them not to start the vehicle because there was no oil showing on the dipstick, yet they still started it and drove it into the bay. That alone is unacceptable. Overall, this place is a complete joke. Don’t waste your time or risk your car go somewhere else. The only positive part of this experience was the assistant manager, who was very kind and professional.

Service was fast and competitively priced. The whole crew that worked on my car were very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Airrick. His behavior convinced me to become a repeat customer starting right now. Excellent all around!

I was very happy with the great service and good price on my oil change. They are open Sundays which is very convenient. I will definitely use them again!

Nicky is the best customer service person that Jiffy Lube has in the entire country. She took care of me better than anybody ever has before. I highly recommend this location. Look at that.
